Common questions about working with ReachSpark — a Singapore performance marketing agency on retainer or project scope.
Is ReachSpark a marketing course, a software tool, or a guarantee my campaign goes viral?
No. We are a marketing agency that plans and runs demand, paid-media and creative campaigns for client brands — not a course or bootcamp, and not a SaaS or ad-tech product you sign up for. "Reach" means marketing reach and "Spark" means the creative spark of demand — not Apache Spark or any tool product. We cannot and do not guarantee virality, reach, leads or sales; outcomes depend on budget, market, product and competition.
What engagement models do you offer?
Monthly SGD retainers for integrated campaign management are our primary model — typically covering strategy, paid media, creative production and analytics. Fixed project scopes work for single launches, rebrands or channel audits. We outline deliverables, reporting cadence and notice terms in a written agreement before work begins.
What are typical SGD budgets?
Integrated retainers for SMEs and scale-ups often start from S$8,000 per month excluding ad spend. Smaller channel-specific retainers from S$5,500. Project scopes vary — a focused Google Ads audit from S$3,500, a launch burst with creative from S$15,000. We tailor scope to your KPIs and channels.
How long does onboarding take?
Most retainers kick off within two to three weeks of signed scope: access to ad accounts, analytics, brand assets, stakeholder interviews and initial campaign planning. Launch bursts can move faster with a tight brief. We do not promise overnight rankings or instant viral reach.
Which channels and platforms do you manage?
Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic display where appropriate, plus landing-page conversion optimisation, SEO recommendations, content marketing support and marketing automation integrations. Channel mix depends on your audience targeting and funnel — we do not force every platform on every client.
How often do you report?
Monthly reporting is standard for retainers, with a marketing dashboard view agreed upfront. Weekly during launch bursts or major creative tests. Reports include KPIs, spend, creative learnings, A/B testing results and next-step recommendations — results-oriented framing without guaranteed ROI claims.
What are contract and notice terms?
Retainers typically run on a six- or twelve-month initial term with thirty days' notice thereafter. Project scopes are fixed-fee with milestone billing. Specific terms are in your service agreement. We believe in earning retention through work, not lock-in clauses.
How do you handle personal data under Singapore PDPA?
We collect only what is needed to deliver services and communicate with you. Contact form data is used to respond to enquiries. Client campaign data is processed under contract with appropriate safeguards. See our Privacy Policy for rights, retention and DPO contact. Form consent is never pre-ticked.
What do you NOT do?
We do not guarantee Google rankings, virality, reach, leads, sales or ROI. We do not promote get-rich-quick schemes, crypto or forex trading, MLM, or dropshipping businesses. We do not sell marketing courses or run a media publisher. We are not a SaaS product — we are a full-service agency delivering work for your brand.
Who owns ad accounts, analytics and creative?
You do. We request delegated access to your Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and analytics properties. All creative assets and performance data remain yours. At the end of an engagement we transition cleanly — no hostage-taking of accounts.
